This page explains what CitizenPulse is, who operates it, and how citizen submissions do or don't reach an elected representative's office.
How CitizenPulse works
- CitizenPulse is a software service that elected representatives can choose to join. Each MLA's office creates and manages its own account.
- If your MLA's office has joined CitizenPulse, the issues and messages you submit are delivered to that office through this app. If it has not joined, your submission is not delivered to any representative — the app will tell you when a constituency is not yet active.
- Each participating office decides for itself how it handles citizen submissions and how it responds. Oriva Technologies does not read, act on, forward, or reply to submissions on behalf of any representative.
Where our information comes from
Constituency and representative details are compiled from publicly available government records:
- Kerala Legislative Assembly — niyamasabha.nic.in
- Government of Kerala — kerala.gov.in
- Election Commission of India — eci.gov.in
- For current and authoritative government information, please refer to these official sources directly. CitizenPulse is not a substitute for official government channels.
- Profiles marked Unverified belong to offices that have not joined CitizenPulse. No submissions can be sent to them.
