CitizenPulse is intended for users aged 18 and above. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

This page describes CitizenPulse's standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). CitizenPulse is operated by Oriva Technologies and is intended for users aged 18 and above.
Prohibited content and conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on CitizenPulse:
- Any CSAM or sexual content involving minors
- Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of minors
- Sharing or requesting such material
Prevention
- Age expectation stated in the Privacy Policy (18+)
- User reports of concerns and content via in-app channels and email
- Review and removal of violating content and accounts
- Cooperation with lawful requests from authorities
Reporting
- In-app: Profile → Help, or contact the Representative Office chat where available

- We act on credible reports and escalate to regional and national authorities as required by law (India)
